Arnaud Ngatcha is an audiovisual, media and cultural professional. His interest in international affairs, gender diversity, and integration is longstanding. He is also very active in fighting discrimination.

After completing his degree, he joined the private TV channel Canal+ as a journalist for the daily program ""La Grande Famille"". Tetsurou Fujisaki

Director of Urban Resilience Project, Office of the Governor for Policy Planning

Joined Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a civil engineer in 1998. Experienced urban development with a focus on disaster prevention at the Urban Development Bureau, Construction Bureau, and Sewerage Bureau. As a JICA expert, he provided technical assistance to the Dominican Republic to solve urban infrastructure problems in developing countries. Also, connecting Tokyo's urban power to bid activities, he headed planning and managing the 2020 Tokyo Olympics venue. Currently, in the Policy Planning Bureau, he heads formulating Tokyo Resilience Project that aims next 100 years' safety of Tokyo.
